How long does delivery take?

Once your items reach our Dubai address, we usually have them at your door in Nairobi within about a week, depending on the shipment schedule. We keep you updated on WhatsApp the whole time.

How do I get the Dubai address?

We send it to you on WhatsApp when you're ready to order. We don't publish it online so we can keep track of every parcel that arrives and match it to the right babe.

How do I pay?

You pay for your items directly at the store as usual. Our shipping fee is paid by M-Pesa once we've quoted your parcel — we'll walk you through it on WhatsApp.

What can't be shipped?

Accepted Answer

Anything restricted by airlines or customs: flammables, aerosols, certain liquids, batteries on their own, and prohibited goods. If you're unsure, just ask and we'll check before you buy.

What if something arrives damaged?

We inspect and photograph items when they arrive in Dubai, so if a store sent something faulty you'll know before it ships — and we'll help you sort out a return or replacement.
